Brandsten (Japan) Limited is a company with 50 years history in the Japanese market, originally as a high-end European imported textile sales agent.

HR Consulting Division was established in 2009, by transferring businesses of the Japanese subsidiary of a Singapore-based HR Consulting and Executive Search company, by Yuka Setsuda, Executive Director and Yoshiki Wakatsuki, Executive Director / Partner.

We do not specialise in any specific industry or position, rather specialise in supporting companies in ‘difficult’ situations and searching right candidates for the positions which are ‘difficult’ to fill. We only work with good and cooperative clients, partners and individuals with good will, as we chose to remain as a boutique company.
